1. Agreement
These terms govern use of SayTake, operated by SayTake. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact support@saytake.com with questions.
2. The service
SayTake provides Polish and English conversation scenarios, browser-based speech-to-text, transcript analysis, and automated coaching feedback. Live speech recognition works best in Chrome and Edge; a typing fallback is available. Features may change as the service improves.
3. Subscription and cancellation
SayTake Pro costs USD $14.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. There is no free trial. Stripe charges the selected payment method each month until cancellation. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal in Settings; access remains governed by the subscription status and applicable billing period shown there.
4. Refunds
Except where consumer law requires otherwise, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights in your country.
5. Fair use
The plan currently includes up to 20 AI analyses per user per day. You may not share accounts, automate requests, bypass limits, probe the service, upload unlawful content, or use SayTake to harm others. We may temporarily restrict abusive or risky activity.
6. AI limitations
Feedback is automated and can be incomplete or wrong. It is educational guidance, not professional, relationship, therapeutic, employment, legal, financial, or medical advice. Transcript-based scoring does not measure pronunciation, vocal tone, emotion, confidence, personality, or body language. Verify important claims and make your own decisions.
7. Your content
You retain rights to your transcripts. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Do not submit confidential third-party data unless you have authority to do so.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular personal, relationship, or career outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for SayTake in the three months before the claim. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. Termination and changes
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create security, legal, or cost risk. Material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer law.
